Welcome to Integrity Gate ("Service"), a GitHub App provided by EpochCore ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Integrity Gate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Integrity Gate is a GitHub App that provides:

Cryptographic file integrity verification using BLAKE3 hashing
Quantum-resistant signature verification
Automated commit status checks
Integrity seal management and monitoring

3. GitHub Account Requirements

To use Integrity Gate, you must:

Have a valid GitHub account
Have appropriate permissions to install GitHub Apps on your repositories
Comply with GitHub's Terms of Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code

5. Data and Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by EpochCore and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trinity Flash Sync, Quantum Coherence Manifest (QCM), and related technologies are proprietary to EpochCore.

7. Subscription and Billing

Some features of Integrity Gate require a paid subscription:

Billing is processed through GitHub Marketplace
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds are handled according to GitHub Marketplace policies
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Make emergency changes to protect the Service
Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPOCHCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EpochCore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

Violates these Terms
Is harmful to other users or the Service
Is fraudulent or illegal

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
